『デジモンアドベンチャー』は、液晶玩具、『デジタルモンスター』を皮切りに生まれた、デジモンと子供たちとの絆を描いたアニメ。物語の舞台は1999年の日本。友達とサマーキャンプに来ていた小学生の八神太一は、突如発生した大きなオーロラの輝きに目を奪われ、次の瞬間、彼らはオーロラの裂け目から発せられた光に吸い込まれ、気を失ってしまう。自分の名を呼ぶ声で目を覚ました太一。目の前には奇妙な生き物の姿が。コロモンと名乗るその生き物によると、太一たちが目を覚ました世界は、コロモンたちデジモンが暮らす異世界、デジタルワールドとのこと。太一たちは突然、異世界に迷い込んでしまったことに戸惑いつつも、デジモンたちと交流する中で、自分たちがデジタルワールドを救うために呼び寄せられた、選ばれし子どもたちだと知る。元の世界に戻るため、そしてデジタルワールドを救うため、太一たちはパートナーとなったデジモンたちと共に、冒険の旅に出る。
シリーズ1作目となるテレビアニメ『デジモンアドベンチャー』が1999年からスタート。
テレビシリーズの放送開始と同時に物語の前日談ともなる、映画『デジモンアドベンチャー』も公開。
2000年からは新たな主人公 本宮大輔が活躍する続編『デジモンアドベンチャー02』の放送がスタート。テレビシリーズが9作、映画が11作、他にもOVAをはじめとするアニメ作品が12作あり、2023年10月には最新作映画『デジモンアドベンチャー02 THE BEGINNING』が公開された。
さらに和田光司が歌う『デジモンアドベンチャー』のオープニングテーマ「Butter-Fly」や、前田 愛（現AiM）が歌うエンディングテーマ「I wish」をはじめとする楽曲にも大きな注目を集める作品となっている。
“DIGIMON ADVENTURE” is an anime that depicts the bond between DIGIMON and children, originating from the liquid crystal toy “Digital Monster”. The story was set in Japan in 1999. Taichi Yagami, a primary school student who came to summer camp with his friends, was fascinated by a large aurora that suddenly appeared and the next moment, they were sucked into the light emitted from the aurora’s rift and lost consciousness. Taichi woke up as he felt that someone called his name. In front of him was a strange creature. According to the creature named Koromon, the world where Taichi and others woke up was a different world where Digimon lived, called the Digital World. Although Taichi and others were confused about suddenly getting lost in another world, they learned that they were chosen children who were summoned to save the Digital World by interacting with Digimon. To return to their original world and save the Digital World, Taichi and others embarked on an adventure with their partner DIGIMON.
The first television anime series ""DIGIMON ADVENTURE"" began in 1999. Alongside the start of the TV series, the prequel story film ""Digimon Adventure"" was also released. From 2000, the sequel ""DIGIMON ADVENTURE 02,"" featuring a new protagonist, Daisuke Motomiya, began airing. The franchise includes nine TV series, eleven films, and twelve other anime works such as OVAs. In October 2023, the latest movie ""Digimon Adventure 02 THE BEGINNING"" was released.

『數碼寶貝大冒險』是以液晶玩具『數碼寶貝』所延生，是一部描繪了數碼寶貝和孩子們之間羈絆的卡通。
故事舞台為1999年的日本。
和朋友們一起參加夏令營的小學生八神太一，被突然出現的巨大極光而眼花撩亂。
之後瞬間就被極光裂縫所散發出的光芒吸入並失去意識。
被叫著他名字的聲音而醒來的太一。在眼前的是一個奇妙的生物。
根據名叫滾球獸的生物說法，太一和朋友們在醒來的世界是滾球獸和其他數碼寶貝所生活的異世界。這就是所謂的數位世界。 太一和他的朋友突然誤入了另一個世界感到困惑，但當他們與數碼寶貝互動時，了解到自己是被選中的孩子，被召喚來拯救這個數碼世界。
為了回到原來的世界和拯救數位世界，太一和他的搭檔數碼寶貝將一同去去冒險。
