The three who were performing musical activities separately in their local, Hachioji, formed on the New-Year's-Day, 2004, as 2MC1DJ's hip-hop unit.

Biography

May, 2004

They were invited by a French eventor who came across their performance in Japan, and held a first overseas live (2D AYS) in Lille, France.

March, 2005

Their production of an independent sound source gained the listeners vote runner-up to the championship at the demonstration tape collection corner of a FM program.

September of the same year, appeared at a Hip-Hop Hall of Fame Live Event “B-Boy PARK”, and also joined the Compilation CD "JOY RIDE" supervised by the DJ KOHNO (from KETSUMEISHI) & DJ TATSUTA released in the same month.

January, 2006

Made a major debut with a Single “Sonomanma Higashi e”,

Followed by the 2nd single “Koi ni Katamichi Kippu”, the 3rd Single “ ALWAYS”, and released their long-awaited 1st Album “FUNKY MONKEY BABYS” in July!

 

The hot intense live performance became the center of attention nationwide, and their popularity came to a boil.
